Fifty international delegates converged at the Newport Theater at Resorts World Manila last October 22 for the 4th annual Miss Global 2015 Coronation Night. After almost two weeks of preparations and activities, the pageant culminated in a grand and lavished fashion. The candidates paraded in their magnificent and colorful National Costumes during the first stage of the competition. -
Then the top twenty semi-finalists were announced. Lucky ladies were from Guyana, South Korea, Dominican Republic, Wales, Taiwan, Bulgaria, USA, Cambodia, Poland, El Salvador, Myanmar, Australia, Philippines, Colombia, Vietnam, Ireland, South Africa, England, Jordan and Israel. The remaining hopefuls competed in Swimwear and Long Gown.
After 3 hours of competition Miss Australia Jessica Peart emerged victorious as she was crowned the new Miss Global 2015. First runner-up is Miss Cambodia Virginia Prak; 2nd runner-up went to Miss Ireland, Lorna Murphy; 3rd runner-up went to Miss Bulgaria and Gergana Doncheva and 4th runner-up honor went to Miss Philippines Mary Candice Ramos who also bagged the Miss Placenta Special Award.

The show was hosted by former Bb. Pilipinas beauty and Miss Universe runner-up Maria Venus Raj. The winner of Miss Global shall receive an exciting package of prizes including travel abroad to promote the advocacy of the organization.

Few days prior to the coronation, the candidates gathered at Versailles Palace, a luxurious modern elegant community located in DaangHari across Ayala Alabang for the Long Gown and Swimsuit Competition, two of the most important special awards in every beauty contest.

Wearing almost an identical swim wears, the ladies paraded with poise and in perfect form to the delight of the audience and the members of the media who covered the event. The competition was held at the sprawling swimming pool complex of Versailles Palace that inter-connects with the gazebo and footbridge. Miss Ireland was declared the winner of the competition with Miss Philippines coming close in second place. Miss Colombia took the third honor.

The Evening Gown competition followed immediately. The candidates displayed their own version of sophistication with the gowns of their own choosing. Each of the forty-six hopefuls glided with poise and elegance in a ramp made specifically for the event at the Grand Ballroom of Versailles Palace. Highlighting the magnificent venue is the gigantic crystal chandelier in a cathedral ceiling drawing sparks in the midst of the glamorous aspirants in their evening wears. Miss Japan wearing a fully beaded pearl all white gown earned the Best in Long Gown award followed by Miss Philippines in a serpentina lavender number, Miss Ireland came in third spot.

Present during the event was the president, chairman of the board and managing director of Versailles, Mr. Allen Roxas, who handed out the prizes to the winners. Also seen were the CEO and president of Miss Global Philippines Pauline Laping, together with her mother Riza Lao.
